# RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts, ensuring all products are prepared according to Dunkin' standards and recipes • Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high productivity, quality control, and workplace safety throughout the shift • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, equipment, and work stations in compliance with health and safety regulations • Prepare production reports, track daily outputs, and communicate with management regarding any operational issues or staff concerns
