## RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and roast chicken (lechon manok) following company standards and recipes to ensure quality and taste consistency • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all cooking equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas throughout the day • Provide friendly and efficient customer service by assisting customers with orders and answering product-related questions • Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure all products are properly cooked and safe for consumption • Manage inventory of chicken supplies, charcoal, and other materials needed for daily operations and report shortages to supervisor

## REQUIREMENTS:
