# RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare nutritious meals for patients following hospital dietary guidelines and special diet requirements • Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals according to established recipes and portion standards • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas, cooking equipment, and utensils following hospital health standards • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and ingredients properly • Coordinate with dietary staff and nurses regarding special meal requests and patient dietary restrictions

• Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays as needed • Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and food safety practices • Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting kitchen equipment • Team player with good communication skills and ability to follow instructions • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
